The rider Miguel Oliveira says he is "very anxious" before the motorcycling world championship in his debut in Moto2, which considers that "would be positive" stay in the top-10 in the first test.
The Moto3 World runners-up will be this year to debut in the category above, in a World Cup that kicks off on March 20th in Qatar, in what will be "a new discovery".
"I am very anxious. All I'm years, but this year feels different. There are pilots who do not know. It will be an open door and discover completely new," said Miguel Oliveira.
The missing 15 days for the championship start, Miguel Oliveira recognized his "physical limitations", after having injured a finger, and therefore considers that "a top-10 would be positive" in the first stage.
However, the pilot noted that their mentality is not that of a 'rookie' and that its aim is equal to all: win.
Still injured, following a fracture in finger suffered in the Official Test in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, Miguel Oliveira expects to be 100 percent.
In this new Moto2 category, Miguel Oliveira said notice a "huge difference" and still requires a great need for adaptation.
"The bike is heavier, more powerful, it requires much more strength and will most contracted, but I feel good feeling with the new bike and I feel more and more comfortable," described.
Miguel Oliveira also said that from 10 to 12 June, will take part in an endurance championship, a 12-hour race in Portimão, a "challenge" that did not hesitate to accept.
"I'm going to double with Miguel Praia. I wanted so much to run in Portugal soon accepted the challenge. I told my team the importance of running in my country," he said, admitting that "there is always risk."
Miguel Oliveira is now preparing to go to Qatar for the last official tests.
