The 2015 Moto3 season ends in style for Danny Kent, Anonimo's brand ambassador and for the Leopard Racing team, also sponsored by Anonimo. Yet it was not until the finalGrand Prix that the young pilot was finally crowned.
Danny Kent needed to finish 14th in the Valencia finale on 13 November to be sure of the title. After starting only 18th, he eventually crossed the line in ninth place, with his championship rival, Miguel Oliveira, of Portugal winning. The result meant Kent, who was led home by his Japanese team-mate Hiroki Ono after playing it safe throughout the race, took the title by six points.
Aged 21 years, Danny Kent is the first British Grand Prix motorcycle racing world champion since 1977, when Barry Sheen won the 500cc world title. He has been a brand ambassador of Anonimo watch company since this season, and his contract will continue until next year at least. In 2016, Danny Kent will step up to Moto2, while remaining within the Leopard Racing team. Both the rider and his team will continue to receive support byAnonimo.
